Andrade, Antonio, 66, of Cranston, died Wednesday (1/6/2016) at Brigham & Woman’s Hospital surrounded by his loving family.  Born in Portugal, a son of the late Manuel and Gertrude (Afonso) Andrade.  He was the husband of Maria C. (dos Santos) Andrade and had been married for over 40 years.  Antonio came to the US 37 years ago

He worked at Leviton Manufacturing for 23 years.  He was a perfectionist at his love of masonry and landscaping.  He was also an avid gardener.  His greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Besides his wife, he leaves a son Julio Andrade (Amanda) of Richmond, RI, a daughter Rosa Guelho (Tony) of Stroudsburg, PA.  He was the devoted vovo of 6 wonderful grandchildren.  He leaves 4 siblings in Europe and was brother to his late 4 siblings.

Calling hours will be Friday, January 8, 2016 from 4 to 7 pm in the Stapleton Family Funeral Home, 684 Park Avenue, Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, at 10 am at St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston 02920.  Burial in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, PO Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168
